#TBT - Tour VTT

For this Throwback Thursday we go back to 1997 with the Aussie National Team riding the Tour VTT. This event was the mountain biking equivalent of the Tour de France with World Cup level stars racing flat out over a week of rugged terrain and big climbs. Some well-known Aussie faces in there including Paul Rowney, Cadel Evans, Glen Jacobs, Damian Grundy, Matt DeBelin and Garry Payne - a rider who was taken from us all too early.
